Lovegrove Churchill Ltd is the data controller. It is registered in England and Wales under company number 14301153, with its registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London, England, E1 0SG.

For privacy questions or requests, email lovegrovecottage@gmail.com or use the enquiry form and write “Privacy request” at the start of your message. If you have already booked, you can also reply to your booking confirmation.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, they are responsible for using an approved transfer safeguard or another lawful transfer mechanism.

We may delete or anonymise information sooner where it is no longer needed.

7. Information needed to respond or book

The enquiry form identifies which fields are required. Without your name, email address, requested dates and guest number, we may not be able to answer the enquiry or prepare a booking. Optional information is clearly marked.

8. Website services and updates

The current website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google and uses Formspree for the enquiry form; those providers may receive basic technical information when their services load. If the website later adds analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies, this notice and the website’s consent controls should be updated before they are used.

We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised date.
